Black Eyed Kids

Sighted in Texas, Europe, Oregon, and many other places in the world
Identifying Characteristics:
Usually wearing plain, unusual, dark clothing. Eyes are completely black (no whites), speaks oddly, Usually between presumed ages of about 6-16. Witnesses feel utter terror, sense of doom and impending death. Some witnesses report the urge to flee overwhelming. Possibly can hypnotize or otherwise mentally affect people who they approach. Dogs are afraid of them.
Known Behaviour:
Appear seemingly out of nowhere, and appear to people who are isolated or alone. appear to victims when they are in their cars or homes. They knock and insist to be let in. Sometimes have a story to accompany this desire(ie: need to use the phone or toilet, need a ride etc) Usually cannot see their eyes at first, sometime they are looking down. Upon being denied, they appear to get angry and insistant. Usually appear in groups of 2. Known to have been seen alone or in a group of 3.
Other Info:
There is no known information about what happens if you let one in, however they have never been reported to force entry or come in once being denied. Speculation suggests that they physically cannot come in without permission. There is one story that can be found here about the only known person having let them inside. Witnesses have reported having moved to unlock doors unknowingly, which has led many to believe that they have some hypnotic trance like ability or telepathic powers of persuasion.
